Dear Home School Educators,
I hope you enjoyed a restful and happy summer! As you begin another school year, I would like to warmly welcome your children's participation in the 2014-2015 Courage in My Life National Essay Contest.
The winning student will have their essay printed in our organization's annual publication alongside personal stories of courage written by children from Boston and as far away as Mozambique and Cambodia.
You will find details about the Courage in My Life National Essay Contest, including the valuable prizes the winning student and teacher will receive, below. We welcome the participation of all students grade 5 through 8 in the United States, and as such, encourage you to share this opportunity with your colleagues.
I invite you to explore our website (www.maxcourage.org) to read our most recent essay book, The Courage of Children – Boston and Beyond 2014, and to learn more about The Max Warburg Courage Curriculum. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to collaborating with you!
Kindest regards,
Meredith Adamczyk
